Oleificio Zucchi S.p.A. is an unlisted joint-stock company with head office and production facility in Cremona (Italy). Founded in 1810, it has been owned from the outset by the Zucchi family. The Share Capital stands at €6m.

The company holds stakes in two associated companies:

  • Zucchi 1810, a North American trading company.
  • Olearia del Garda S.p.A., which produces PDO extra virgin olive oils.

The corporate governance model of Oleificio Zucchi combines the pursuit of economic results with mechanisms that aim to improve and strengthen the relationship with all stakeholders.

The company’s main governing bodies are the Shareholders’ Meeting, the Board of Directors (BoD), the Board of Statutory Auditors and the Supervisory Board pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01.

FinZucchi holds 75,1% of Oleificio Zucchi Spa. This ownership structure complies at institutional level with the current rules governing joint-stock companies.
